1/4 Added 20 mL ammonia, added 25 gal water, measured plants height
1/7 Added 50 mL ammonia
1/15 Drastic measures: added 100 mL nitrifying bacteria
1/16 pH higher, nitrates up, ammonia still high, added 20 gal water
1/17 Added 20 mL ammonia, 50 mL bacteria
2/15 Our ammonia is finally down enough that we can start adding fish.
To-Do: Daily measurements, add more plants, watch for nitrate spike, plan for fish
